Delete Your Workfry Account
Workfry users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- 1Sign in to your Workfry account.
- 2Open Account / Settings.
- 3Select Request Account Deletion.
Cannot access your account?
Email privacy@workfry.com from your registered email address with the subject “Workfry Account Deletion Request”.
Please include your Workfry Public ID if available.
Data normally deleted or anonymised
- Public profile information
- Private profile and contact information
- Authentication and account records, subject to technical requirements
- Stored profile content associated with the account where legally permitted
Records that may need to be retained
Certain records may be retained where required for:
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Accounting and financial audit requirements
- Fraud prevention and security
- Dispute resolution
- Transaction and marketplace integrity
Where retention is legally required, the retained information will be limited to what is necessary and handled according to the Workfry Privacy Policy.
