Once a client-posted project is published to the public marketplace feed, direct client editing is locked to protect the integrity of submitted expert proposals. Clients can request changes at any time by clicking 'Request a Change' to connect with the Workfry support team.
Q:Are platform fees refundable?
All fees paid to Workfry are platform access fees and are non-refundable once the relevant digital access, project posting entitlement, application credit, or subscription has been activated or used, except where mandatorily required under applicable law or for verified duplicate charges.
